Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Amendments and additions have been made to some decisions of the Government of Uzbekistan.
In accordance with the legislation, the Commissioner of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights (Ombudsman) has the right of unhindered access to rehabilitation centers.
In accordance with the amendments, now the representative of the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan has the right to unhindered access to rehabilitation centers as well.
A rehabilitation center is a public institution in the system of internal affairs bodies, intended for the maintenance and rehabilitation of homeless persons based on the definitions of administrative courts until their identity is established for a period not exceeding thirty days.
