- a system of undergraduate study abroad is being introduced at the expense of the Fund, and in 2021, 100 young people will be sent abroad;

Programs will be developed to improve the quality and effectiveness of education in physics and foreign languages.

In addition, from 1 July 2021, nursing staff are allowed to independently engage in "nursing".

Until the end of 2021, 900 orphans - graduates of Mehribonlik houses, who need housing, will be provided with housing.

In 2021, 22 kindergartens, 31 new schools, 16 HEIs, 24 health care facilities and 23 sports facilities will be built.

The Children’s Support Fund will be created with the allocation of 100 billion soums from the State budget.
