Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- For timely and complete assistance to the patient, the emergency (ambulance) medical care system must constantly analyze the "pluses" and "minuses" of its work. To this end, the National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare of Uzbekistan began conducting a training on data analysis in medicine on 23 May 2022.
The first group of students included 115 leaders and specialists from regional, district and city departments of the Emergency Medical Service (EMS).
The right to conduct the course was obtained by the Tashkent branch of the National Chamber on a competitive basis.
Online training "Capacity building in decision-making based on reliable data" lasts 72 hours and includes the study of modern norms and approaches to a number of indicators. They should help, in particular, in the analysis of the effectiveness of the use of medical equipment and vehicles for the provision of EMF, the main groups of diseases when calling an ambulance, the most popular drugs, and so on.
“Improving the quality of emergency medical care is given great attention by the country's leadership, and we consider it very important to contribute to the use of the best world experience in the domestic EMP system,” said Rovshan Izamov, Chairman of the National Chamber.
Increasing the potential of the people directly working in the EMF system is the most important step. It will make it possible to understand the need for data analysis in order for the ambulance to be provided as soon as possible, by a specialized specialist, if the necessary medicines are available.
“The personnel issue is one of the main issues in any field, but in medicine, increasing the potential of doctors, managers at various levels is a constant process. This allows us to use the best methods of international healthcare for the diagnosis and treatment of our citizens, by introducing indicators that determine the quality of medical care,” says Elvira Marakaeva, head of the Tashkent branch of the National Chamber.
Once the practice of such analysis is implemented in the emergency system, it will be easier to choose and use the software that will most effectively help the analysis of data in our conditions. Modern healthcare strives to make the most of those opportunities, including digital ones, that will help save people's health, and, at times, save lives.
