Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to support the organization of private notarial activities", a procedure has been established for leasing buildings and structures assigned to regional justice bodies and used by state notaries to private notaries.

Based on this, in many regions of the country, buildings and premises are leased to notaries in private practice. In particular, the building of the notary office, located at the address: Karakalpakstan, Nukus city, Uzbekiston guzari street, building 56, was overhauled and handed over to notaries engaged in private practice. Today in this building 7 notaries render notary services to the population. About 900 million soums have been allocated for the reconstruction of a new, convenient and modern notary office.

Currently, 2 state and 46 private notaries are working on the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. For 8 months of this year, notaries have carried out 60,306 notarial actions.

During a working trip to the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ruslan Davletov visited the notary office and got acquainted with the conditions created. He noted that private notaries should carry out their activities within the framework of the law and on the basis of the principle of justice, and also that private notaries will always be supported by the state.

R. Davletov talked with notaries from Karakalpakstan. They identified the problems they face in carrying out their activities. The minister made recommendations on how to proceed to eliminate these problems.

In addition, the Minister of Justice got acquainted with the activities of the Republican departmental notarial archive and the archive of the registry office in Karakalpakstan, the conditions created there.
