Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The total volume of products (services) of agriculture, forestry and fisheries in January-March 2022 made up 33.5 trillion soums, with a growth rate of 2.8%.

In January-March 2022, by regions, significant volumes of products (services) of agriculture, forestry and fisheries were noted in Samarkand (4.3 trillion soums), Tashkent (4.2 trillion soums) and Bukhara (3.0 trillion soums) regions, while Navoi region (1.9 trillion soums), the Republic of Karakalpakstan (1.1 trillion soums) and Syrdarya regions (1.0 trillion soums) showed low volumes.

All categories of farms produced 77.2 thousand tons of vegetables, the growth rate was 17.5%.

In January-March 2022, all categories of farms produced 506.6 thousand tons of meat in live weight (2.7% more compared to January-March 2021), 1.86 million tons of milk (by 2.2 %), 1.34 billion units eggs (less by 2.5%), 16,200 tons of fish were caught (more by 3.2%).
