Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The law "On state registration of rights to real estate" was signed by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

This Law applies to state registration of rights to the following types of real estate:

-land;

-buildings, structures, including construction in progress;

- perennial plantings;- enterprise as a property complex.

The following rights or restrictions on real estate are subject to state registration:

-ownership;

- the right of permanent possession;

- the right of permanent use;

- the right of lifetime inheritable possession;

- the right to lease;

- the right to sublease;

- the right of economic management;

- the right of operational management;

- the right to trust management of real estate;

- the right to free use;

-rent;

-mortgage;

- easement;

-limitation of rights to real estate.

State registration of rights to buildings, structures, as well as objects of construction in progress is not carried out until the state registration of rights to the land plot on which this real estate is located.

The basis for the formation of the cadastral file of real estate are:

provision (sale) of land plots;

construction and commissioning of buildings, structures;

the presence of an object of construction in progress on a land plot allocated in accordance with the established procedure;

division of real estate;

association of real estate.

The State Register is a systematized collection of information in the form of an electronic database about real estate, rights to it, as well as about copyright holders.

This law enters into force 3 months after its official publication.
