Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Recently, in the form of the videoconference, a meeting was held on the first priority direction of the State Program for the current year - organizing the effective implementation of the tasks set to build a humane state by raising the honor and dignity of a person and further developing a free civil society.

It was attended by the Chairman of the Senate Tanzila Narbayeva, the First Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber Akmal Saidov, representatives of relevant ministries and departments responsible for the implementation of the tasks identified in the first priority direction of the State Program, representatives of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions and the city of Tashkent.

During the meeting, issues of determining specific tasks that are assigned to performers in the first quarter, half a year and until the end of the year, establishing the practice of monthly discussion of the implementation of tasks and reporting to the general public through the media, ensuring timely, high-quality preparation of draft regulatory legal acts, to be accepted.

In this regard, the Chairman of the Senate Tanzila Narbayeva dwelled in detail on the tasks of the first priority area, expressed her opinion on the high responsibility of the persons responsible for their implementation, as well as on the established deadlines and mechanisms for the implementation of tasks.

Then the information of the Minister of Justice and the Deputy Minister of Finance on the ongoing work, on the state of execution of instructions, the deadlines for which are approaching, was heard.

The information of the Ministers of Justice, Development of Information Technologies and Communications, Deputy Minister of Finance and First Deputy Director of the Agency for the Development of the Civil Service on the implementation of tasks to be performed in subsequent quarters was also heard.

Based on the results of the meeting, areas of interaction and other organizational measures to ensure the implementation of the first priority area of the State Program were determined.

Among them, the creation of a working group with the participation of representatives of the chambers of parliament to constantly monitor the implementation of the tasks defined in the first direction, the involvement of scientists, experts, practitioners in it and the conduct of studies, analysis, the prevention of unreasonable delays in the process of harmonizing the relevant regulatory legal acts, the conduct of an open and transparent implementation process, especially the timely submission of draft regulations for public discussion, taking into account the proposals made by the population, interacting with media representatives and bloggers, civil society institutions, conducting joint studies, monitoring and analysis, actively continuing public hearings.

At the end of the discussion, it was determined that, at the end of each month, the responsible executors submit to the chambers of the Oliy Majlis information on the work done within the framework of the tasks identified in the first direction of the State Program, and at the end of each quarter, the report of the Government is heard.
