Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to further improve the heat supply system of Tashkent on the basis of public-private partnership” was adopted, Norma.uz reported.

The Agreement between the Khokimiyat of Tashkent and Veolia Energy Tashkent LLC from 29 September 2021 on the project “Modernization and management of the heat supply system of the city of Tashkent on the terms of public-private partnership” was approved.

Amendments are being made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On the development of the heat supply system of Tashkent on the basis of public-private partnership”. In particular, the transfer of employees of SUE "Toshissikkuvvati" to a special project should be carried out in accordance with the Labor Code. 

Reimbursement of wages accrued for the previous period of employment of employees transferred to the project company is carried out by the private partner.

In addition, it is planned to include a special design company in the State Register of Natural Monopoly Entities.
