Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The head of the State Security Service of Uzbekistan Abdusalom Azizov held a meeting in Kabul with the acting Minister of Defense of Afghanistan Mohammad Yakub Mujahid.

Border issues, economic and transit cooperation were discussed with an emphasis on strengthening relations between the two countries.

The Afghan Minister of Defense noted that the country is ready to cooperate with Uzbekistan in the implementation of development projects.
