Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The nineteenth plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis was chaired by the Chairman of the Senate Tanzila Narbayeva.

It addresses a number of issues. In particular, the reports of the Cabinet of Ministers on the execution of the State budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan following the results of the first half of 2021, the khokim of the Kashkadarya region on the development of territories were heard.

In addition, information on the activities of the Chairman of the Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Development of Sericulture and Wool Industry was discussed.

Also considered are topical problems in providing work for graduates of educational institutions, the results of a parliamentary inquiry sent to the Cabinet of Ministers on the impact of deficiencies in sewage treatment plants on the environment and public health.

This concludes the first day of the nineteenth plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
