Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Another check was carried out at Bukhara Neftebaza LLC, as a result of which numerous inappropriate expenses were revealed for storage, supply of oil products to consumers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as non-compliance with current legislation.
It was established that oil products are supplied after a 100 percent advance payment. However, as a result of systematic non-observance of the established regulatory documents, LLC “Bukharskaya Neftebaza” formed accounts receivable in the amount of 50.5 billion soums. As a result of untimely collection measures, 984.7 million soums at the oil depot became “hopeless” debt.
In the course of the studies, it was also established that from the side of 10 points for the distribution of fuel to farms, Bukharskaya Neftebaza LLC (hereinafter - PRTF) issued 261.7 thousand liters of fuel products for a total of 1.8 billion soums to liquidated farms.
It should be noted that 1.59 million liters of oil products worth 3.0 billion soums were registered by farms at low prices and caused damage to society.
Responsible employees of the company delivered oil products worth 2.6 billion soums to private filling stations without payment, and accounts receivable were hidden.
During the audit, in 20 PRTF owned by Bukharskaya Neftebaza LLC, a shortage of 206.7 thousand liters of products for 2.1 billion soums was revealed and compensation was provided for 921.1 million soums.
The situation with cost savings and compliance with the cost plan at this tank farm is also in a deplorable state. For example, Bukharskaya Neftebaza LLC unjustifiably paid construction enterprises 298.1 million soums, employees - 31.6 million soums of excessive wages and bonuses.
The study documents were submitted to law enforcement agencies in accordance with the established procedure for a legal assessment on the facts of violations committed by the responsible and leading employees of the tank farm.
It should be noted that during the studies conducted in early 2021, violations totaling 33,896.8 million soums were identified at Bukhara Oil Depot LLC, which were also submitted to law enforcement agencies.
