He illegally bought from a citizen US$3,200 36,256,000 soums, buying each US dollar for 11,333 soums. The fact was registered in the prescribed manner, 36,256,000 soums were seized as material evidence.

On this fact, in relation to citizen R.B. a criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 177 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a preliminary investigation is underway.
