Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Aynur Bakaybaeva, Chief Economist of the State Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was elected as the Chairman of the PEMPAL Budget Community of the World Bank during a survey among representatives of the countries of the Executive Committee of the Budget Community.
The World Bank’s PEMPAL Network is a platform for mutual learning and promotes the exchange of professional experience and knowledge between Public finance management practitioners from 23 countries in Europe and Central Asia (ECA). This network helps participants develop approaches to solving common problems and strengthen the system of public finance management in the countries of the region.
Bakaybaeva Aynur Bakaybayeva was born in 1979. She has a higher education, graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics in 2005. She is a Doctor of Philosophy in Economic Sciences (PhD).
A. Bakaybaeva started her career in 2002 as an accountant at the Tashkent State University of Economics.
In 2006, she worked as an assistant auditor of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Inter-audit".
In 2008, she worked as a senior lecturer, and then head of the Department of Accounting and Information Technologies at the Training Center under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since 2020, she has been working productively as a Chief Economist of the State Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
