Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Government resolution was adopted on measures to further improve the activities of the Republican Center for Forensic Examination named after Kh. Suleymanova under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the development of expert work in the field of forensic medical examination (No. 11, 10.01.2022).

According to the Resolution, laboratories of forensic biological examination of human DNA will be created in the Ferghana, Surkhandarya and Khorezm regional branches of the Republican Center for Forensic Examination named after Kh. Suleymanova, and in Samarkand, in addition to human DNA, laboratories for forensic examination of materials, substances and products.

Ministry of Justice:

- until 1 July 2022, will place examination departments in Samarkand, until 1 December 2022 - in Ferghana, until 1 September 2024 - in buildings that meet international standards;

- until 1 November 2022, will provide the expertise department in Khorezm with the necessary equipment;

- until 1 January 2023, will ensure international recognition of the results of forensic medical examination, international accreditation of laboratories for forensic phonographic and forensic examination of documents will be carried out.
