Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Taking into account the aggravation of the situation in Ukraine and the introduction of a state of emergency, the Embassy of Uzbekistan would like to inform the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan on following:

The Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Kiev is currently developing an evacuation plan and a list of citizens wishing to leave the territory of Ukraine. Departure routes and the place of departure are being worked out, taking into account the closure of Ukrainian airspace.

As the issues are agreed with the interested services of third countries on acceptable evacuation routes, the citizens of Uzbekistan will be additionally informed on the website of the Embassy www.uzbekistan.org.ua and channels in social networks.

All citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan wishing to leave Ukraine are requested to send their passport data to the Embassy’s e-mail embassy@uzbekistan.org.ua.

The Embassy asks citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who are in Ukraine to remain calm and keep in touch with the Embassy in case of additional questions.
