Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A number of issues were considered at the eighteenth plenary meeting of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Among them, resolutions were adopted on the approval of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to radically improve the quarantine and plant protection system in the republic", amendments to the composition of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the approval of resolutions of the Kengash of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the plenary session, 18 issues were considered, including 8 laws.
