Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Development Strategy Center presented for public discussion a draft State program for 2024, which is focused on supporting youth and business development.
Such programs are adopted annually as part of the Uzbekistan-2030 strategy.
A draft presidential decree on the implementation of the state program this year has also been published.
The document includes 294 points based on the tasks provided for by the Uzbekistan-2030 Strategy, adopted in 2023.
The project provides for measures expected to be implemented in 2024 and lists of regulatory documents that must be developed in five priority areas:
The discussion will last until 9 February. The Uzbekistan 2030 strategy was adopted following a referendum on the Constitution and early presidential elections in 2022, with goals aimed at creating opportunities for developing the potential of citizens, building a strong economy and ensuring justice, the rule of law and security.
