Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 8 September 2021, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Gayrat Fozilov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hellenic Republic with a residence in Moscow, Ekaterina Nassika.

Gayrat Fozilov congratulated the Ambassador on the appointment to a high and responsible post and wished her successful work.

During the conversation, the current state and prospects of Uzbek-Greek relations in the political, trade, economic, educational, cultural, humanitarian and tourism spheres were discussed.

The parties considered the schedule of upcoming events at various levels, including the holding of the next round of inter-ministerial political consultations.

They also exchanged views on certain aspects of the regional and international agenda.
