The Chairperson of the Senate Committee of the Oliy Majlis on Women and Gender Equality M. Kadirkhanova sent a letter to the khokimiyat of Navoi region to study the reasons for this case.
It was established that Z. Jabborova, born in 1989, and her children were hit by a freight train because they ran out onto the railway tracks and lay between two rails at the moment when the train approached them.

During a conversation with close relatives of citizen Z. Jabborova, it became clear that, although her marital financial situation was average, she had recently undergone mental changes due to conflicts with her husband O. Ruziev. However, she was not in a quarrel with the rest of the family or other persons, she was considered mentally healthy, and her close relatives also did not show signs of mental illness.
According to the information of the visiting nurse of this makhalla, in January 2021, due to her pregnancy, citizen Z. Jabborova consulted a doctor. Having passed a medical examination, I learned that the girl was expecting once again. As a result, the woman voluntarily had an abortion.
In addition, it was established that citizen Z. Jabbarova never addressed the employees of the makhalla citizens’ gathering or the preventive maintenance inspector of the District Internal Affairs Directorate about disagreements in the family.
Currently, work is underway on the inquiry by the Navoi Transport Prosecutor’s Office.
This case was taken under control of the Senate Committee on Women and Gender Equality.
