Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Government resolution “On the approval of certain regulatory legal acts regulating forensic activities” was adopted.

The resolution approved the Model Regulations on the evaluation of the activities of forensic experts in the rating system.

This Regulation defines:

- evaluation of forensic experts in the rating system and criteria for their evaluation;

- encouragement, reduction or cancellation of encouragement, application of a disciplinary sanction to forensic experts based on the results of the rating;

- rating indicators of popularization of the activities of the highest judicial experts.

Also, the resolution approved the Regulations on the activities of the Fund for Assistance to the Development of Forensic Expert Activities under the Ministry of Justice.

State forensic institutions are allowed to spend up to 50 percent of their off-budget funds on social protection and material incentives for employees.
