Textile Enterprise Acquires 20.5% Stake in Asia Insurance

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new textile enterprise, established in July 2025, has become the owner of a 20.5% stake in the insurance company Asia Insurance.

The registration of an additional issue of common shares totaling 27.32 billion soums was carried out by the National Agency for Projects under the President on November 20.

According to the decision of the shareholder of LLC Integral Asia dated October 15, the newly issued shares were to be distributed among the company’s existing owners.

As part of the placement, 10.92 million shares were allocated to the owners of Integral Asia, while 16.39 million shares were transferred to individual entrepreneur ViveTeks, who previously owned the textile company Textile Finance Namangan.
