TBC Capital Receives Investment Intermediary License in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 5 December, TBC Capital LLC received a certificate authorizing it to operate as an investment intermediary.

Since 18 November 2025, the company has officially been operating as a member of the Tashkent Republican Stock Exchange, under brokerage number 503.

TBC Capital became the first exchange participant to operate within the special legal regime “Regulatory Sandbox” for the capital market, established by the state authority responsible for regulating Uzbekistan’s securities market.
