TBC Bank to Issue Bonds Worth 49.6 Billion Soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — TBC Bank has decided to issue bonds totaling 49.6 billion soums, with an interest rate of 19% and a maturity period of 730 days.

According to the resolution dated November 25, 2025 (quorum — 80%), the bonds will be placed through the affiliated Georgian company TBC Capital.

A total of 49,600,000 bonds will be issued, each with a nominal value of 1,000 soums, amounting to 49.6 billion soums in total.

The maturity period is divided into two intermediate periods of 365 calendar days each, during which interest payments will be made.
