The organizer of the event is “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” Association and the German Research Institute Hohenstein.

“Uztuqimachiliksanoat” Association has reached agreements with the Hohenstein Institute in order to increase competitiveness of domestic textile, sewing and knitting products, increasing its competitiveness in foreign markets and facilitating access to European markets.

The Hohenstein Institute conducts tests of textile, sewing and knitting products for compliance with “Oeko-Tex Standard 100” international standard, with issuance of conclusion on conformity of the product sample. The products having the conformity of “Oeko-Tex Standard 100” are allowed for export to the countries of the European Union.

According to “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” Association, the seminar will be attended by the leadership of “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” Association, the President and CEO of Hohenstein Institute Stefan Mecheels, as well as representatives and producers of textile, sewing and knitting products.

Today, domestic exporters are facing difficulties in mutual trade due to application of different standards and requirements for evaluation of textile products. The seminar will provide detailed information on international standards, as well as participants will be able to receive answers to all their questions.
