Tashkent to host championship of butchers

The championship is organized by Uzbekistan Chiefs’ Association, Ministry of Culture and Sport, Ministry of Healthcare of Uzbekistan, Tashkent city administration, Committee on religious affairs, JAR Sport-Complex, Golden Hill restaurant and Utgan Kunlar tea house.

The event will include competition of butchers and master classes from chiefs. The butchers competition will include contests on cutting, packing and storage of meat, as well as cooking various meals.

The event will also include concert and fair, the organizer said. The visitors will have chance to taste cooked meals.

The winners and participants of master-classes will be awarded with the gifts, prizes and certificates.
