Tashkent to celebrate World Bicycle Day

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In honor of the World Bicycle Day, on 12 June, a cycling marathon will be held in the central streets of Tashkent, in connection with which a number of streets of the capital will be closed from 8:00 to 11:00.

• Sharof Rashidov Avenue - from the intersection with the Small Ring Road to the intersection with Nukus Street;

• Nukus street - from the intersection with Sharof Rashidov avenue to the intersection with Istikbol street;

• Abdulla Kadyri Street - from the intersection with Istikbol and Nukus streets to the intersection with Sharof Rashidov Avenue.

Everyone can take part in the cycling marathon. For those who do not have a bicycle, rental points will be organized.
