Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 8 July 2021, at 10:40 a.m., a resident of Shaykhantakhur district, Dilmurod M., born in 1972, reported at 102 that his father, Abdufattoh M., born in 1935, while intoxicated, made a scandal and a fight at home, asked to take action. 

Soon, Major Ulugbek Yakhshibaev, senior inspector of preventive maintenance of the Department of Internal Affairs of Shaykhantakhur district, arrived at the scene.

In the course of clarifying the circumstances and the inspector’s attempt to escort the man to the department of internal affairs, neighbors intervened in the conflict. Not having full information about what happened (in particular, about the son’s call to the duty station, and the conflicts occurring within the walls of the house), the neighbors made the wrong conclusions and tried to interfere with the inspector’s work by initiating a conflict with him.

During the conflict, residents of the house actively resisted the work of an employee of the internal affairs bodies, demonstrated their unwillingness to build a constructive civilized dialogue, spoke obscenely, and damaged the uniform of a prevention inspector. Currently, this fact is being checked to make a legal decision.

In relation to the senior preventive inspector, the leadership of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs has appointed an official check. His actions will be carefully examined for compliance with the law.
