Press service of the Western-Sibir Transport Prosecutor’s Office said that the airplane Boeing-738 was flying on Tashkent-Irkutsk route. The Prosecutor’s Office said that the plane made an emergency landing, according to preliminary data, due to failure of the second engine.
The Prosecutor’s Office underlined that there was 55 passengers and six crew members on the board. Nobody was injured in the result of the accident. The airplane was not damaged.
Novosibirsk Transport Prosecutor’s Office will carry out inspection within the case over implementation of the law on flight safety and adherence to passengers’ rights.
