Tashkent hosts roundtable on improving activities of civil courts

It was organized by the joint project of Supreme Court, USAID and UNDP “Rule of Law Partnership in Uzbekistan”.

The event was aimed at discussing latest reforms in judicial-legal sphere in Uzbekistan and exchanging opinion on conducted functional analysis of courts on civil affairs.

The participants discussed results of functional analysis of the civil courts in Uzbekistan, which was prepared within the project “Rule of Law Partnership in Uzbekistan”.

International consultant from Serbia was attracted to prepare methodology and final report on functional analysis of the civil courts.

The participants considered main goals and tasks of the functional analysis of the civil courts and noted that it is necessary conditions for holding functional analysis, as well as gave their recommendations.
