Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 16 November, street lighting networks in Tashkent are temporarily switched to the mode of limiting electricity consumption at night. This was reported by the State Unitary Enterprise "Toshshaharnur".
“Currently, the government of our republic has set another important task for consumers of electricity - to use energy resources carefully and responsibly,” the company said in a statement.
Fulfilling the general tasks, the State Unitary Enterprise "Toshshaharnur" temporarily, starting from 16 November, switches street lighting networks into the mode of limiting consumption at night, the statement says.
“We hope that residents and guests of the city of Tashkent will understand the temporary inconveniences in the evening and at night, and will also take an active part in solving the common problem of the most rational and economical use of electrical energy in everyday life,” the company notes.
