Tashkent adopts measures on revealing debtors on utilities
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Tashkent city mayor Rahmonbek Usmanov signed a decree “On organization of monitoring of residential and non-residential real estate, as well as payment for services rendered by public services in Tashkent” on 9 July 2015.
The decision was adopted to carry out revision of existing residential and non-residential real estate in Tashkent, determine number of people living in these objects, registration of people and to strengthen control over internal and external migration of population, levy payments for utilities to decrease debts for hot water and heating, gas and electricity, Norma.uz reported.
The monitoring will be completed on 20 August.
The document entrusted officials to carry out control over unused residential objects, undertake measures against people, who illegally rented their objects and those, who were not registered at Bureau of organization of temporary works.
They should also adopt measures to reveal persons, who illegally live at unused objects, catering object, car washing sights, automobile maintenance points, production objects and industrial zones.
