Tariffs for gas and electricity to increase from 1 April

He noted that from 1 April, tariffs for natural gas for the population will grow by 10% and for electricity - by 12%.

According to him, these parameters are laid in the state budget of the country, based on the level of inflation.

Mubin Mirzaev underlined that the state budget envisages the growth of benefits, social payments and wages.

He added that the Government will review every six months the sizes of wages and other payments and raise them in line with the level of inflation.

“As long as prices increase, the wages of citizens will increase by the same amount. All this is envisaged in the new budget,” he explained.
