Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 13-16 April 2021, an official visit of a delegation led by Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbaeva to the Russian Federation (Moscow and St. Petersburg) will take place.

During the visit to Moscow, the delegation of Uzbekistan is expected to meet with the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko and Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, as well as the delegation's participation in the next meeting of the Commission on Cooperation between the Upper Chambers of the Parliaments of Uzbekistan and Russia.

On 15-16 April 2021, the delegation members are scheduled to stay in the city of St. Petersburg and participate in the next meeting of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly.
