Tajikistan expresses gratitude to Uzbekistan for humanitarian aid

The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a decision on sending the humanitarian aid to Tajikistan in line with the order of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The aid was provided to the victims of natural disasters, caused by snow avalanches in the mountainous regions of Tajikistan. The humanitarian aid includes food, medicines, building materials, coal, warm clothing and other products of the first necessity.

Rustam Nazarzoda sent letter to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan. He said that people of Tajikistan highly appreciate the solidarity shown and sincere complicity in rendering assistance in emergency.
