Syrdarya Region Delegation Visits South Korea to Strengthen Economic Ties

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from Uzbekistan’s Syrdarya region, led by regional governor Erkinjon Turdimov, is on an official working visit to the Republic of Korea. The delegation includes representatives from regional authorities and the business community.

During the visit, the delegation met with Pak Chubong, chairman of the Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, to discuss prospects for bilateral cooperation, implementation of joint projects, and strengthening mutually beneficial partnerships between Syrdarya businesses and their South Korean counterparts.

Delegation members also held meetings with executives from UCL and Evervolution companies, exploring opportunities for collaboration and joint initiatives across priority sectors.

The visit reflects Uzbekistan’s ongoing efforts to expand international trade, investment, and technological partnerships at the regional level.
