Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of the international investment forum “Do Business in Syrdarya!”, Acting Hokim of Syrdarya Region Erkinjon Turdimov met with a delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan led by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Uzbekistan, Abdujabbor Aziz Rahmonzoda.

The parties discussed strengthening the traditionally friendly relations between the two countries, developing strategic partnership, and exploring opportunities to expand investment cooperation.

The negotiations were held in an atmosphere of trust and constructive dialogue.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to intensify collaboration in areas such as agriculture and water management, processing industries, tourism, as well as cultural and humanitarian initiatives.
