Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the Regulation on the procedure for providing subsidies to entrepreneurs organizing work on the basis of cooperation with owners of household plots, in terms of the cost of equipping storage facilities, as well as the purchase of equipment for drying, sorting and packaging of agricultural products.
According to the Regulation, entrepreneurs who organize work on the basis of cooperation with the owners of personal plots will receive a subsidy in the amount of 30 percent of the cost of equipping warehouses, but not more than 150 million soums, until 1 January 2026.
At the same time, applicants must submit an electronic application before 1 April of each year through the my.gov.uz or Agrosubsidia JSC.
The application is accompanied by a recommendation from the district Council of Farmers and the assistant khokim, confirming the organization of work on a cooperative basis.
The District Council of Farmers, together with the financial department, examines the authenticity of applications and documents, the financial situation of the applicants on the spot within 5 working days.
Every year, until 15 April, an address list of applicants is formed and submitted to the republican working group.
Every year, until 20 April, the republican working group to promote the allocation of subsidies analyzes and summarizes the address list in the context of regions and districts.
After acquiring the object of the subsidy, the applicants included in the address list send an application for a subsidy in electronic form through the my.gov.uz or JSC "Agrosubsidia" with the necessary documents attached.
Within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application, the object of subsidizing the applicants is studied on the spot and a conclusion is drawn up.
Conclusions and information on the allocation of subsidies to applicants are submitted to the republican working group within 3 working days.
Then the republican working group:
within 5 working days studies information and conclusions, as well as proposals of applicants as necessary;
within 3 working days draws up conclusions on the expediency of allocating a subsidy.
The Fund for Support of Farmers, Dekhkan Farms and Owners of Homestead Plots draws up an agreement with applicants within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the conclusion.
Within 3 working days after signing the agreement, the subsidy will be transferred to the main bank accounts of the applicants through the UzASBO software package.
