Students of Inha University in Korea visit Uzbekistan

Inha University in Tashkent (IUT) welcomed the guests from the Republic of Korea and did its best to ensure a successful visit.

Students of medical department of Inha University in the Republic of Korea visited several healthcare institutions in Tashkent to familiarize themselves with the reforms in the healthcare sector of Uzbekistan.

South Korean students also learnt medical terminology in Russian during specially designated courses.

Throughout their visit to Uzbekistan, future healthcare specialists had a great opportunity to familiarize themselves with culture and traditions of the Uzbek people.

IUT Rector Sarvar Babakhodjaev said: “I hope that the visit was useful for South Korean students. Such visits will help people of Uzbekistan and South Korea to reach better understanding of each other and develop cooperation between the countries.”
