Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the administrative Regulations for the provision of public services for the provision of statistical information.

According to the current Regulation, citizens can receive information generated on the basis of statistical classifications carried out within the framework of the statistical program and activities within the framework of this public service, as well as information published in open sources.

The grounds for refusal to provide a public service are:

request for personal data, as well as data containing state and other secrets protected by law;

request for statistical data, the formation of which is not provided for by the statistical program or the deadline for the formation of which has not yet come.

Refusal to provide public services on other grounds is prohibited.

When distributing (reprinting) statistical data received as part of a public service, a reference to the source from which the information was obtained is obligatory.

There is a fee of 0.08 percent of the basic estimated value for the compilation of each statistical data provided.
