Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the decree of the President "On regular reforms to improve the business environment and create conditions for sustainable economic growth through the development of the private sector", from 1 July 2022, a unified policy to stimulate members of the supervisory board and remuneration of members of the executive body will be introduced at enterprises with state participation.
At the same time, any additional payments to members of the executive body, except for wages and remuneration for the year, were canceled.
Enterprises with state participation are prohibited from:
acquire or build new facilities that are not typical for their activities;
engage in additional activities in addition to activities in a competitive developed area;
participate in the authorized capital of economic companies whose activities are not typical for them, or acquire shares in it.
Agreements on the sale of property, investment in another enterprise by enterprises with state participation and banks with a state share of 50 percent or more must be agreed with the supervisory board of enterprises.
Sponsorship spending by state-owned enterprises should not exceed 3 percent of the previous year’s net income.
