State of Uzbek President worsens

State of the health of the President of Uzbekistan sharply deteriorated in the last day, the statement of the Government of Uzbekistan said.
“Dear compatriots, with heavy heart, we inform you that in last day state of our President sharply deteriorated,” the message reads.
It added that, according to opinion of doctors, state of Islam Karimov assessed as critical.
President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov was hospitalized on 27 August. Later, his daughter Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva said that Islam Karimov is in intensive care after he suffered cerebral hemorrhage in the morning of 27 August.
