State inspectorate on supervision of education quality created

On 20 April 2017, the President of Uzbekistan signed a resolution “On measures on further development of the system of higher education".

The Inspectorate will implement the state policy in the field of quality control of the educational process, teaching staff, training and advanced training of personnel in the education system.

The Inspectorate will also conduct certification and state accreditation of educational institutions, regardless of their departmental subordination and forms of ownership.
