State Competition Committee acquires shares of Uzbekneftegaz

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development purchased shares of national holding company Uzbekneftegaz.

According to disclosure information of Uzbekneftegaz, the sides signed agreement on placement of additional issue of shares of Uzbekneftegaz at the size of 2,132,300 units at off-exchange unorganized market on close subscription to the State Competition Committee.

The sum of the deal is over 2.132 billion soums. The deal was conducted via off-exchange unorganized market.
