Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 20 April 2021, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan Ismatulla Irgashev met with Charge d’Affaires of France in Uzbekistan Brice Roquefeuil.

A thorough exchange of views took place on the current situation in Afghanistan and practical measures of the international community to advance inter-Afghan inclusive negotiations.

The French side was informed about the efforts of Uzbekistan to resolve the Afghan problem, as well as the priority directions of our country’s policy for the economic reconstruction of Afghanistan.
