Speaker of Uzbekistan’s Legislative Chamber Offers Condolences on Death of Ayatollah Khamenei

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of Uzbekistan, Nuriddin Ismoilov, visited the Embassy of Iran in Tashkent and signed the condolence book following the passing of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Iranian diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan reported.

During the visit, Ismoilov expressed the deep condolences of the government and people of Uzbekistan.

Earlier, Iranian state media reported on February 28 that the country’s Supreme Leader had passed away.
