South Korea to assist Uzbekistan in accession to WTO

Ministry of Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan said that the Governments of Uzbekistan and South Korea signed a memorandum and the “road map” on assisting accession of Uzbekistan to the WTO.

In particular, South Korea will help Uzbekistan to assess the consequences of accession to the WTO and to assess the national legislation in compliance to the requirements of the WTO agreements.

South Korea will provide technical, advisory and expert support to the ministries and departments of Uzbekistan.
