Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Upon admission to higher educational institutions, women from low-income families are given a recommendation to participate in the competition as part of admission based on a state grant.
The recommendation is issued based on the following criteria:
- women from low-income families;
- girls in need of social protection, brought up in an incomplete family where the father or mother, or both parents, died;
- women in need of social protection, whose spouse has died, raising a minor child alone;
- women from low-income families with disabled children;
- daughters of single women raising 2 or more children, living separately from relatives;
- women from low-income families, one or both of whose parents are invalids of group I or II.
For recommendations, they apply to the district (city) departments for the support of the mahalla and family in electronic form.
