Some 700 joint stock companies work in Uzbekistan

As of 19 February 2016, some 700 joint stock companies, including 24 banks, are operating in Uzbekistan.
Total volume of issued shares by them makes up 17.23 trillion soums, of which 3.82 trillion soums fell to share of the bank. About 2.32 trillion ordinary and preferential shares are in circulation now.
As of 1 January 2016, about 344 securities of 229 loval issuers have international ISIN/CFI codes. So far, no codes were issued this year.
