The airline said that the audit allowed to rate level of its services and determine measures on further improving of offered products.

The services of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari were rated on 700 points of services at airports and on board of the airplanes. The airline said that some aspects of facilities were rated with five starts, in particular, configuration of seats at Airbus 320 airplane, which is result of the policy of the Uzbek airline on modernization of its feet.

The flight entertainment on the board of the aircrafts of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari was also highly rated. The premium services – providing iPad tablets on board – received high points. Uzbekistan Havo Yollari was also received high points on flight safety.

Overall, in the result of the testing, the agency said that the airline comply with standards of three stars with intention to improve of its services in many directions. The airline said this is good result for the company in international market.
