Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed A law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
According to the amendments to the Air Code, aircraft flights over populated areas are carried out along the established routes and heights, without endangering the life and health of people and (or) their property on the ground.
In accordance with the amendment to the Code of Administrative Responsibility, the unchanged amount of the fine for violation of the mandatory rules established in order to prevent the emergence or spread of quarantine and other infections dangerous to humans has been established.
At the same time, it is envisaged to impose a fine on citizens in the amount of 20 basic estimated values (BRV) (previously there were from 20 to 30 BRVs), and on officials - 30 BRVs (previously there were from 30 to 50 BRVs).
Also, the amount of the fine for violation of the rules of stopping or parking by drivers of vehicles is set at 2 BRVs (previously there were 3 BRVs).
The law comes into force on the day of its official publication.
